I, Richard Roe, a Notary Public in and for Cook County, hereby certify that John Doe, personally known to me as the person whose name is subscribed to the above instrument, appeared before me this day in person and acknowledged that he signed, sealed and delivered the above instrument as his free and voluntary act for the uses and purposes therein set forth.

I, John Roomer, a Notary Public (or Justice of the Peace) in and for said county, in the State aforesaid, do hereby certify that Richard Doe and Sarah Doe, his wife, who are personally known to me to be the same persons whose names are subscribed to the within trust deed, as having executed the same, appeared before me this day in person, and acknowledged that they signed, sealed, and delivered the same as their free and voluntary act, for the uses and purposes therein set forth, including the release and waiver of all right under, and benefit of, exemption and homestead laws of the State of Indiana, in and to the premises therein described, with the appurtenances and the proceeds of the sale thereof.
AND the said Sarah Doe, wife of the said Richard Doe, having been by me examined separate and apart and out of the hearing of her said husband, and the contents and meaning of the said trust deed having been by me made known and fully explained to her, and the rights under and by virtue of the homestead and exemption laws of the State of Indiana referred to in said deed, acknowledged that she had freely and voluntarily executed the same and relinquished her dower, and all other right, title, and interest, including her homestead and exemption rights as aforesaid, to the lands and tenements in said deed mentioned, and to the proceeds of sale thereof, without compulsion or fear of her said husband, and that she does not wish to retract the same.
