Fold 1 to 4, making a triangle.

At each of the folded corners A and B tie knots with long ends.

Fold through the center bringing the knots downward for feet. Put two bands over the corners at C, one to form the bill and one to form the head.

Place another band lower down to make the neck. Pinch up a point for the tail and fasten loosely.
