1. The executive council of the association shall consist of the president and vice-presidents, and the seventeen councillors aforesaid, and five shall form a quorum for the transaction of business.
2. No business shall be transacted at any meeeting of the executive council unless the quorum requisite be present at the commencement of the business.
3. The honorary presidents shall also have seats on the executive council, but shall not be entitled to vote.
