Question 319. - Is a notice of dishonour mailed by a bank to an endorser of an inland bill (Quebec excepted) on due date, properly attested by two officers and a record of despatch kept, sufficient without protest to hold the endorser?
Answer. - Yes. Provided the notice identifies the bill as called for in section 98 of the Bills of Exchange Act. See also sections 97 and 113.
