Grated cocoanut, Granulated sugar, White of egg.

To 1 grated cocoanut add the half of its weight of granulated sugar, and the white of 1 egg, beaten to a stiff froth.

Stir and mix well together, drop on buttered paper, or on waxed paper, and place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
