A good egg shampoo can be easily made as follows:

Egg, 1,

Hot rain-water, 1 pint,

Spirits of rosemary, 1 ounce.

Beat the mixture thoroughly and use it warm. Rub it well into the scalp, and rinse several times in clear water.
