Make
Sugar Cooky recipe, pg.50
Put 1/4 cup of dough in a small bowl.
Add
2 tbsp.cocoa 2 tbsp. water
Blend well.
Drop the light dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
Grease bottom of a glass.
Dip glass in sugar and press quickly to flatten into rounds.
With a toothpick, make eyes, noses, and mouths out of the chocolate dough. With a spoon make hair out of the chocolate dough. If chocolate dough gets too stiff to spread easily, add another drop or two of water.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until light brown.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
