Prepare tiny Swedish timbale cases, not more than half an inch deep, and fill these with caviare; above the Caviare place a freshly opened oyster and two tiny stalks of cress. Pass lemon slices at the same time.
Butter rounds of Boston brown bread, press upon these rings of cold boiled egg-white, fill the rings with caviare and place slices of cucumber, dressed with French dressing.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the caviare, and mix and spread upon cold croustades of bread. Decorate the edges with fine chopped cucumber pickles, olives, and sweet, peppers mixed together.
