The best way to propagate Golden pyrethrum is from seed. It is much more disposed to bloom from cuttings, and does not make such fine foliage. This is a fine plant for decorative purposes, but it is much too lavishly used in many instances.
Any respectable firm will supply you. We never recommend nurserymen.
Remove the surface of your Vine-border till you come to the roots, and put over them 7 or 8 inches of rotten farmyard manure and loam in equal proportions. You may apply the manure-water as well, at intervals, in the heat of summer. This, all other things being equal, will stimulate and improve the Vine.
