A case is on trial in the United States Court, in Michigan, between a citizen of Davisburg and a Geneva firm. We are not fully informed as to the trouble, but it appears the owner of the farm claims that 700 of the trees are not the kind he ordered and paid for. What he said about the trees we are not informed, but the Geneva firm had him arrested for libel, and on the preliminary examination the justice considered the evidence sufficient to hold him over for trial in the United States Court.
