One Serving
Press a half cupful of cooked green peas through a sieve; put the pulp in a saucepan with two-thirds of a cupful of milk; add a teaspoonful of cornstarch moistened in a little cold milk, and a saltspoonful of salt; bring to boiling point; take from the fire and stir in a teaspoonful of butter. Serve with tiny croutons.
