Option to sell realty given brokers provided it should remain in force for 90 days, and that if the owner sold within 90 days after expiration to one to whom the land was recommended by the brokers, the owners would pay a commission, was an agreement to pay the brokers a commission if the land was sold within 90 days after the expiration of the option to one to whom it was recommended by the brokers during the 90 days of the option's life.
