Sec. 545. Undisclosed Agreement To Divide Commissions With Purchaser, Does Not Bar Broker's Right Thereto
An agreement by real estate agents to divide their commissions with the purchaser of land, made without the knowledge of their principal, does not affect their right to recover the commissions which said principal agreed to pay.
