A petition by an agent to sell land to recover damages for refusal of the owner to execute deeds to purchasers, which alleges a contract by him to various persons who were ready and able to buy the lands on the terms agreed on between him and the defendant, is defective for failure to allege the names of such purchasers, the quantity of land agreed to be sold to each of them and the price.
