Where, to acquire means of irrigation for lands so as to make them salable, they were transferred to a land irrigation company, the owner taking stock and bonds therefor, the transaction was a consolidation of interests, and not a sale of the land within the contract entitling plaintiff to commissions for services in effecting a sale of the lands.
