An offer to buy 290,000 feet of land to be taken from a parcel containing 500,000 feet, said 290,000 feet to be divided as to front and back lands from the whole parcel as nearly equal as is possible, where accepted by the owner of the land, entitles the broker employed to find a purchaser therefor to his commissions, and the owner will not be heard to say it is too indefinite.
