In an action for a broker's commissions, an instruction that if defendant told plaintiff, or his partner, to take the land off the market, that it was not for sale, to find for defendant, was improperly refused, though the court instructed in a general way that plaintiff could not recover if defendant had withdrawn authority to sell.
