Definition Of Peddlers

Every person who shall sell or offer to sell, barter, etc., at retail, any goods, fruits, merchandise, etc., traveling from place to place along the streets of the city, or who shall deliver such goods from any kind of vehicle, shall be deemed a peddler and such person shall secure a license before engaging in such business.

Penalty for violation of section: fine of $20 to $50.
