After any will (and by the use of the word will, is also meant will, testament or codicil) is admitted to probate, any person interested may file his bill in chancery, or a petition in the proper court to contest the will. This right is not confined to the heirs at law, as a rule, but is given generally to any person interested. The will must be admitted to probate before the contest can be made in some states.
