1 regular size loaf white bread
3 cups milk
3/4 tsp. salt
2 TBSP butter (softened)
8 eggs
4 tsp. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Break all of the bread into bite sizes and
spread them evenly in the greased baking dish. In a bowl add eggs--
beat with a whisk. Add white sugar, salt, vanilla and softened butter--
beat with a whisk. Add milk--beat with a whisk. Pour the liquid mixture
evenly on top of the bread pieces. Sprinkle cinnamon all over the top
of the liquid mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until
golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite breakfast syrup.
