Sec. 934. An Instruction Should Be Given, On Request, That Broker Must Have Been The Procuring Cause Of Sale
An instruction that the broker must have been the procuring, cause of the sale, in order to entitle him to a commission, should be given on request, where that point is in issue. Hinds v. Mc-Intyre, 89 I11. App. 611; Munson v. Carlstrom (Iowa Sup. '09), 119 N. W. 606. Sec. 446.
